We want you to love every piece you receive. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help and to make this transparent :
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached & in the original packaging.
How to Return To initiate a return, please contact us at carpediemlondonboutique@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process.
United Kingdom:
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the item has been received at the warehouse. Your Statutory Rights are not affected.
Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned: swimwear, underwear, body suits and pierced jewellery.
Shipping Costs Returns are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact carpediemboutiquelondon@gmail.com.. Please keep proof of returns.
United States:
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval. Approved refunds will be processed once the item has been received at the warehouse in the form of a credit on the account of Carpe Diem Boutique for purchases within the Store (for a maximum of 12 months validity) Your Statutory Rights are not affected.

European Union:
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal: Contact us at carpediemboutiquelondon@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear statement of your decision to withdraw.
Return shipping: We will arrange and cover the cost of return shipping for EU customers exercising their right of withdrawal.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the full purchase price including standard delivery costs within 14 days, to your original payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back.
Condition of goods: Items must be returned in their original condition. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons (e.g. swimwear, underwear, bodysuits, pierced jewellery) once unsealed after delivery.
