We want you to love every piece you receive. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help and to make this transparent :
Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. All items need to be returned within the next 14 day window. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached & in the original packaging unless faulty.
How to Return To initiate a return, please contact us at carpediemlondonboutique@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process.
United Kingdom:
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after we have received the goods. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, certain items that cannot be returned: swimwear, underwear, body suits and pierced jewellery (where these items have been supplied with a hygiene seal they cannot be returned for change of mind reasons if the seal has been broken) - this does not affect your statutory rights or if an item is faulty or not as described.
Shipping Costs Returns are the responsibility of the customer unless faulty. Please contact carpediemboutiquelondon@gmail.com. Customer is responsible for return postage costs for change of mind returns. If an item is faulty, incorrect or not as described I will offer a free return. Please keep proof of returns.
United States:
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval. Approved refunds will be processed once the item has been received at the warehouse & credited to your original form of payment. Your Statutory Rights are not affected.

European Union:
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal: Contact us at carpediemboutiquelondon@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear statement of your decision to withdraw.
Return shipping: We will arrange and cover the cost of return shipping for EU customers exercising their right of withdrawal.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the full purchase price including standard delivery costs within 14 days, to your original payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back.
Condition of goods: Items must be returned in their original condition. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons (e.g. swimwear, underwear, bodysuits, pierced jewellery) once unsealed after delivery.
